How to increase the file size upload limit
If you have Super-Admin privileges in your WordPress install then you will be able to modify the file size upload limit for your users. In order to do this:

Go to Site Admin / Options

Set the Max upload file size to your desired cap.
Note: blog upload space refers to the total amount of space this blog is allowed for uploads, upload file size refers to the max file size for each individual file.

Scroll down the page and click the “Update Options” button.
