Adding an image to a Billboard gallery / advertisement

Go to DisplayBuddy / Billboard
Select the group you wish to add the image / advertisement to – note the size/dimensions of the group – try to make sure your image is as close to this size as possible in order to keep your site running smoothly. Click the “modify entries” link for the group you wish to add to.
Scroll down the page to the “Add New Entry” section. Fill in the details, upload the image and add a link if necessary (ie: if a visitor clicks the image this is the URL that they will be taken to). Note: set “Require Link URL” to “No” if you do not want the image to be clickable.
Click “Add Entry”
